Partners in Education (PEBS) College

College Participant Eligibility

To qualify for and remain active in the PEBS college program, applicants/participants must:

  • Have and maintain a 3.0 cumulative state GPA.
  • Be a current Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree candidate.
  • Be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Systems, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Human Resources, Communications or Health Administration. Depending on the PEBS position, not all of the above referenced majors will be preferred.
  • Be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university.

Participants in two-year degree programs may also continue in PEBS by transferring to four-year degree programs.

Compensation

The PEBS compensation plan for college participants is structured to be competitive. It correlates with external benchmarking data relating to college internships.
